Color and Contrast Enhancement
Light reflected from surfaces can become polarized. Polarizing filters allow you to control which light rays enter your camera lens.

CIR-PL filters help eliminate unwanted reflections from non-metallic surfaces such as water and glass. They also enhance color saturation and improve clarity, resulting in better contrast.

This effect is commonly used to deepen blue skies and make white clouds stand out more clearly.

HOYA polarizing filters do not affect the overall color balance of the image.
